Corporate and explainer voiceover

Good narration makes a message easy to follow. I record British voiceover for corporate films, product explainers and internal communications, with a delivery shaped around the audience and the job the film needs to do.

A film for employees, a product introduction and a customer-facing brand story each need a different approach. Share the context and I'll use it to inform the pace, emphasis and tone of the read.

What to send

A script or approximate word count, intended audience and deadline are a useful starting point. Let me know where the film will appear and whether it includes paid advertising. If the recording needs to fit an existing edit, share the timing requirements and identify the sections with fixed durations.

Clear delivery, practical handover

We agree the recording approach, audio format and file organisation before the session. Add pronunciation notes for product names, people and specialist terminology. You can direct remotely through Source-Connect or Zoom, or send references for a self-directed recording.

Can you work to an existing video?

Share the edit and timing requirements with the brief. I'll review the script against the available time so we can agree what is achievable before recording.

What if the script changes?

We establish the approach to pickups and later script changes when confirming the project. Flag anything still awaiting approval so we can plan recording around the production schedule.

Making a series of films?

For recurring product updates or internal communications, we can establish the delivery style, pronunciation and file naming at the start. Include the likely schedule and number of films when you enquire.
